Terms and Conditions of Service

1. Service Availability

Internet service is subject to network availability, technical feasibility, and serviceability of the subscriber's location.

2. Installation

Installation shall commence only after approval of the application and completion of the required documents and applicable installation fees.

3. Monthly Billing

Monthly service fees shall be paid on or before the due date indicated on the billing statement.

4. Late Payment

Failure to pay on or before the due date may result in temporary suspension of service. Reconnection may require full settlement of outstanding balances and applicable reconnection charges.

5. Fair Use

Subscribers agree not to use the service for illegal activities, network abuse, hacking, spam, unauthorized redistribution, or any activity that may negatively affect other users.

6. Equipment

All equipment provided by WiiPRO, including the ONU/ONT, power adapter, and other installed devices, shall remain the property of WiiPRO unless otherwise stated. Lost or damaged equipment due to negligence may be charged to the subscriber.

7. Service Interruptions

While WiiPRO strives to provide reliable service, temporary interruptions may occur due to maintenance, equipment failure, power outages, fiber cuts, force majeure, or circumstances beyond our control.

8. Scheduled Maintenance

Scheduled maintenance activities may temporarily affect internet connectivity. Whenever possible, prior notice will be provided.

9. Customer Responsibilities

The subscriber shall:

• Provide access to installed equipment when maintenance is required.
• Maintain a safe environment for technicians.
• Avoid unauthorized modifications to installed equipment or wiring.

10. Technical Support

Technical support is available during official support hours. Emergency restoration shall be prioritized depending on the severity of the incident.

11. Transfer of Service

Transfer of service is subject to technical feasibility and availability of network facilities at the new location. Applicable transfer fees may apply.

12. Voluntary Disconnection

Subscribers requesting permanent disconnection must settle all outstanding obligations and return company-owned equipment before account closure.

13. Limitation of Liability

WiiPRO shall not be liable for indirect losses arising from internet interruptions caused by force majeure, third-party infrastructure damage, commercial power interruptions, government actions, or other events beyond the company's reasonable control.

14. Privacy

Customer information shall be handled in accordance with applicable data privacy laws and shall only be used for service-related purposes unless otherwise authorized by the subscriber or required by law.

15. Amendments

WiiPRO reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions when necessary. Any significant changes shall be communicated to subscribers through appropriate channels.
